Dear Customers, Please read carefully the following terms and conditions before making your purchase on our website.
You may browse our website for products that you like and make a purchase by selecting the item and proceed to check out. Once payment is made online you are bound by our terms of sale.
You may not cancel or change an order placed with and accepted by Perfecta. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once the payment is made online. If you did not receive the order confirmation by email, please notify us by email at service@perfectamattress.com or by phone at tel: 6853 5333.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your transaction with no cancellation fees.
After the first 24 hours period, you will need to notify us in writing for cancellation of order. A cancellation fee of 20% of purchased price will apply if for whatsoever reason you wish to cancel an order that has been accepted by us. This cancellation fee is to recover our production cost of producing your order which subsequently being cancelled at your request.

A cancellation fee of 20% of purchased price will apply if for whatsoever reason you wish to cancel the order within 7 days after the delivery date. A separate delivery charge of $80.00 and repacking charge of $50.00 will apply should you require these services from us.
Goods cancelled must be return to us in its original condition together with its original packing. We reserve the rights to inspect the goods before processing your cancellation request.
Perfecta reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation.
If you have received unsatisfactory goods please inform us within 7 days from delivery date. We will at our best to resolve any issues by firstly providing a service repair. If the goods are beyond repair we will provide you with a new exchange. And if the exchange is not available due to factors beyond our control then we shall be obliged to give you a full refund on your purchased made.
Refund will be made in the same mode as your payment purchase. Payment by credit card will be credited back to your credit card account and this may take 21 days for processing. Payment by cash will be refund by cheque from us. Cheque refund will take around 3 working days to process.
- Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Perfecta.
- To use the Promotion Code on the Perfecta website, simply enter the code in the Promo code box at the checkout and click Apply Code before paying so that the discount is applied. The Promotion Code cannot be used after you’ve placed your order.
- Only one promotion code can be used per order.
- Promotion codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last.
- Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
- Perfecta reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
